Lauri will share her experiences with web site redesign processes and describe how to use techniques such as persona creation, user observation and contextual inquiry to help drive decision making around key components of a site. These techniques can be scaled according to the size of your team and the resources you have available to implement them. She will also provide tips on how the KNG team extends best practices around web site design and navigation out to other teams within the company. |
